Smoking and BBQ have always been my passion.  For about 20years I have cooked for friends, churches, and small events.  Every time I cook for someone new they tell me I should start cooking for larger events.  Well, with the help of a great friend, we were able to have my Custom Mobile Smoker with a Hog Box built.   I'm very customer service oriented so no matter how large or small you will get the same great service
